You must be aged 21 or above to register. One account per person, per household, per IP address. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for all withdrawals.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported channels include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and major e-wallets.
All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements stated at the time of offer. Mikatoto reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Registration and use of the Mikatoto Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:
Mikatoto strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be withheld pending investigation, and any winnings derived from wagers placed while underage will be forfeited.
Mikatoto reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of any pending transactions.
Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the Mikatoto Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming duplicate bonuses, or any other reason — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual (by shared identity documents, shared device, shared IP address, or shared payment method), Mikatoto reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and confiscate balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must:
Mikatoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Any wagers or transactions made using your account credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security breach in advance.
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of Mikatoto's KYC verification process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian NRIC, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and a selfie holding the identification document. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.
Mikatoto accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels and cryptocurrencies:
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected, in which case the equivalent MYR value is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Mikatoto does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit made from a payment method not belonging to the account holder may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
Mikatoto does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, for which Mikatoto accepts no responsibility. Deposit transactions that are flagged by our payment processors for any reason may be subject to additional verification before the funds are credited to your account.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) practices. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
Mikatoto targets the following withdrawal processing times: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These are target timeframes and are not guarantees. Exceptional circumstances such as system maintenance or regulatory verification requirements may result in extended processing times.
Mikatoto reserves the right to suspend or delay any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, Mikatoto will notify the User and may request additional documentation.
Mikatoto offers various promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP tier rewards, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus, valid on BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB deposits, is capped at a maximum bonus value of MYR 688 per qualifying deposit and is subject to applicable wagering requirements. Full terms are available on the promotions page.
All bets placed on the Mikatoto Platform are subject to acceptance by Mikatoto at its sole discretion. Mikatoto reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at any time without providing reasons, including but not limited to situations where: the bet was placed after the relevant event had concluded; there was an obvious pricing error; or the bet involved a prohibited market or suspended event.
A wager may be declared void by Mikatoto in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation or postponement beyond the applicable settlement period; abandonment of a sporting fixture; technical error affecting odds display; or the identification of match-fixing or integrity concerns relating to the relevant event.
Mikatoto publishes odds in decimal format. All odds are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed and accepted. Once a wager is accepted and confirmed in your account transaction history, the odds are locked in. Settlement of all wagers is based on official results from the relevant governing body of each sport or competition, including the Liga Super Malaysia Football Association, the English Premier League (EPL), the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), and other applicable authorities.
Mix parlay wagers (combining multiple selections into a single bet) require all selected legs to be settled as wins for the parlay to pay out. If any selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding the voided leg. Detailed mix parlay rules are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Mikatoto Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:
Where Mikatoto determines that any prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to void all wagers associated with the prohibited activity, confiscate all account balances including real-money deposits, and permanently ban the User from all Mikatoto services with no right of appeal.
All content, materials, trademarks, logos, software, source code, graphics, text, designs, and data on the Mikatoto Platform (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are the exclusive property of Mikatoto or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform; distribute, publicly display, or publicly perform any content; use any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools on the Platform; or remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Platform.
Any unauthorised use of Mikatoto's Intellectual Property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.
Mikatoto collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to Mikatoto's Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: name, date of birth, contact information, identification documents submitted for KYC purposes, payment method details (excluding full card numbers), and betting activity logs. This data is used for account management, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling monitoring.
Mikatoto does not sell or rent personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification service providers, and regulatory authorities where required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mikatoto and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or personal injury.
Mikatoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where scheduled maintenance is required, Mikatoto will endeavour to provide advance notice via the Platform or email.
Mikatoto's total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Mikatoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Mikatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, Mikatoto will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by email to the registered address on file.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting Mikatoto support.
Changes to these Terms will not apply retroactively to any wagers already settled or transactions already completed prior to the effective date of the update.
You may close your Mikatoto account at any time by submitting a written request to our support team via live chat or email. Upon account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to any pending KYC requirements. Account closure does not discharge any outstanding obligations or liabilities owed by either party.
Mikatoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: a User has breached any provision of these Terms; suspicious or fraudulent activity has been detected; a regulatory obligation requires account action; or the User has requested self-exclusion. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the User, Mikatoto may withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under Mikatoto's international gaming licence (Curaçao jurisdiction).
In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to contact Mikatoto's support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority.
Mikatoto is not regulated by any Malaysian government authority, including Bank Negara Malaysia, the Ministry of Finance Malaysia, or any other Malaysian domestic regulatory body. Players in Malaysia are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local laws regarding participation in online gambling.
